Troll City & Ignored Requests

Bungie has to be one of the most despicable companies I've ever dealt with when it comes to customer relationships.  I have been making requests to the company since the Destiny beta, I have yet to receive 1 official response to any of my threads.  Furthermore if I got any responses at all, the majority of those responses were trolls that could quite honestly rival the trolls on Reddit.  What's worse is Bungie has a Code of Conduct that they apparently choose not to enforce, this derived from the fact that nearly every thread I've posted, if I got any responses at all, turned into total cesspools of harassing comments, trolling statements & bigoted remarks.  The forums themselves are poorly made, not making it easy to navigate & unlike any other forums I've seen in my life.  The users of the forums unfortunately turn them into a total trash pit & only drives users off since it doesn't appear that Bungie chooses to even attempt to enforce their own CoC.  While I will give Bungie props on their WebGL app which allows some management options of your account storage (transferring equipment between characters & your storage without having to go back to the tower) as well as other useful information in regards to character progression, stats & weekly/daily tasks per character.  If you enjoy Destiny, I would suggest at least putting the profile pages to use, however I would say avoid the forums at all costs...unless you're looking to join the troll population on the Bungie forums or enjoy being harassed every new thread you make.
