HP TeamSpeak ban

A ban was put in place by Evil_Kineval on the Happy-Penguin.com TeamSpeak (ts.happy-penguin.com) The ban was removed the next day with a sincere appology from Fearless_Jack (the head of Happy Penguin) as well as Evil_Kineval being stripped of his SA. I was only on HP TS for a few hours before I was rebanned by SeeEmilyPlay directly after she logged on (no words or anything, just a direct ban). Both me & another member of HP (JenTheBreeder) were banned for false reasons at almost the exact same time for the exact same slanderous/fraudulant reason (anti-HP behavior). JenTheBreeder's ban has been lifted, yet mine still stands.

SeeEmilyPlay has acted like a bitch to me since I first met her on TS. Ever since then, there is total tension with several members when SeeEmilyPlay & I are in the same channel (including one of her best friends BurniesBum, who actually talked with me in a separate channel on a few occasions appologizing for her ill-manner).

This ban has now been in effect for over 2 weeks. Even though JenTheBreeder's ban was lifted after only a week. At the end of three weeks, if this ban has not been rectified, I will be leaving HP; needless to say with hard feelings.

I talked with an attorney about this issue almost a week back. She said that what she was doing was also illegal where she lived (Melborne, Australia). She said that I had a good Online Slander case & a good chance in winning it if I decided to prosecute. There was a catch though: In order to procecute, I would have to do so from inside Austrailia. She said that if I wanted press charges, I would have to speak with an Australian Police Dept. If I wanted to litigate, I would need to talk with an attorney in Australia to see what could be gained from it. My lawyer/legal adviser was not able to tell me what I could get out of litigation as she was not trained in handling Australian cases. Seeing as I do not have the money to make this type of trip, I don't have the option to do either.
