Asshole With Warrants
Lloyd Wesley Ririe (goes by the alias of Brock Ririe) is an abusive individual with warrants that is currently living with Julie Marie Anderson at:
South 67 Condos
34 W. Lester Ave., Unit E22
Murray, Utah 84107
This is the asshole we know is causing the indoor smoking
problem in building E of the South 67 Condos & obviously has no intention in
stopping even after all the complaints, fines & warnings they have
gotten. Lloyd is not even a legal resident at this location, but is still
living with Julie (she refers to him as her Ex, supposed a title gained while
they were homeless together) & causing problems in the building
regardless. He is also abusive & violent, as I got into a
verbal altercation with him where I received a physical threat a few months ago as well as
he
attempted to assault me twice last week, the last time I ended up having to call
the police because I thought he was going to break through my front door to get
me, which is why I had to get a restraining order against him. He
unfortunately bails from the premises for a few days when he knows the police is
going to be called or plays the "I'm not home" game with the police by
being quiet & not answering the door when they get there before he's able to
leave (Julie plays along with this), so the police are rarely able to arrest him
or even talk to him because of the avoidance games... He also has a rap sheet, open warrants & should be considered
a dangerous individual; call the police if you see him. The picture is

UPDATE: Lloyd was arrested on his warrants in May of 2015 & no longer has any active warrants for his arrest, however he is still to be considered extremely dangerous. Use caution while around him or better yet, avoid him completely. Given his mentality, I don't expect he's going to go long without having another arrest/warrant on his way...
UPDATE: Lloyd is currently trespassing & living at E22 in the South 67 Condos illegally by rule of building management for the property. Come Monday he will likely have another warrant out for his arrest if they aren't able to pick him up on that day (which is unlikely because they have the police figured out that they can't do anything if they don't answer the door unless there is a search warrant, in which case the police can break down the door).
UPDATE: Due to his girlfriend (and legal tenant) being evicted from the South 67 Condos, Lloyd will not likely be back to this location unless he's looking to cause problems. If he is seen at this location again, the building management will be contacted so he can be trespassed. The security was later changed to make sure he could no longer enter the building.
UPDATE: I also did a background check on him when I was doing a background check on another drug user in the building, found that aside from what is on Mugshots.com, he has an extensive list of arrests that are not listed there. Unfortunately this list cuts off at 100 infractions & I didn't give it time to update before I canceled by trial membership to the site I grabbed it from, so this report is really only partial & likely not updated...
